Job Description: The D & CT (Decision & Capability Transformation), Finance Business Operations Organization seeks a Senior project manager for managing the QA testing effort for deployment of CRM application. The PM will be responsible for owning and delivering the test plan and successfull execution. The PM works directly with D&CT business program manager. The candidate will interface with cross functional business, IT, and QA teams spread over both onsite and offshore geography.

 

The candidate should have deep business process knowledge of Financials and revenue recognition systems and should have managed a project with a team size of 100+ resource. Strong process orientation and partnership skills are essential. A strong attention to detail is a must.

 

Core Skills Required

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in large company with large team size

Strong project management experience of implementing IT solutions

Prior experience of managing offshore and onshore project team

Excellent verbal, written communication skills

Ability to articulate and present

Excellent collaboration and team work

Ability to identify and mitigate project issues and risks in an efficient and timley manner

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project based environment and adjust quickly to changing priorities and needs

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Must be self managed, highly motivated and have a strong drive for results

Ability and willingness to deal with a high level of ambiguity

Strong process focus, able to see opportunities for improvement

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and interact at all levels

Strong presentation, meeting facilitation and communications skills

Deep understanding of Project Methodologies(PLC, DMAIC,  Six Sigma)

Drive towards Continuous Process Improvements

Team player with ability to drive solutions with sense of ownership

Global perspective and International experience

Knowledge of Oracle ERP Financial module

Prior Cisco work experience
