*Job Title: SAP HANA Admin*
*Location: Atlanta, GA *
*Duration: 12+ Months*
· Experience in full life cycle implementation on HANA or Business
Suite on HANA.
· Experience in OS/DB migration for BW/SoH on HANA
· HANA DB installation/post installation activities.
· Experience in Suse Linux Administration Clustering and
troubleshooting
· Experience in Database backup and Recovery using Storage
Technologies
· HANA DB post installation activities for DB as an appliance
· Configuration of MCOS, MCOD & tenant scenario on HANA DB.
· Perform HANA database and SAP application upgrades.
· HANA DB Revision, patch updates.
· Monitoring of HANA DB
· Solution Manager Knowledge and integration of HANA & subsequent
systems for monitoring etc.
· Designing backup policies for HANA DB and other relevant SAP
Applications.
· Creation and implementation of Backup and Recovery policies.
· Establishing, implementing, and testing disaster recovery and
business continuity techniques for SAP HANA.
· Resolving problems and answering questions related to the RDBMS
and database platform
· Closely monitoring RDBMS performance, identifying problems and
implementing solutions
· Ensuring the database is running at optimum speed and efficiency
· Responding quickly to refresh data
· Monitoring file system space, database allocation, etc.
· Reviewing overall physical database structures for data
integrity, performance quality, recoverability, maintenance and space
requirement considerations
· Conducting application transaction volume and traffic analysis
and interpreting impact on database and network performance
· Work closely with various Infrastructure and Support teams
· Participate in 24 x 7 on-call rotation
· Enforcing security policies and requirements for database access
and controls
· Work within production change control guidelines and processes
