Ideal resource will support commissions calculation project using an existing custom developed MS Access solution. Responsibilities would include maintaining current system, resolving anomalies, as well as researching and implementing new features (to include gathering design and system requirements, testing functionality, etc.) to support commissions compensation payouts to all sales agents. Candidate should be a Senior VBA / Access Developer with min. 3+ years experience. Good communication skills are a must. Knowledge of commissions calculations and payments or general application of complex calculation logic is highly desirable.
