I have implemented a one-liner to the *JD below.* - Experience and proficiency *in complex Crystal Reports software*; with reports design and generation hands-on experience". - Ability to perform Design, Development, Unit Testing tasks · Proven experience designing and implementing service-level infrastructure for enterprise applications is a must. · Experience in implementing and deploying complex EJB applications on multiple application servers. · Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-tier configurations · Experience with J2EE patterns and strong Java skills, including working knowledge of core libraries, design patterns, JSF, JSP, EJB, XSLT and Servlets. · Strong knowledge of internet/web technologies like HTTP, HTML, XML, AJAX and JavaScript · Working knowledge of Oracle/SQLServer/DB2 · IBM Websphere expertise (5.1 and above) and working knowledge of other J2EE application servers, such as WebLogic · Heterogeneous computing environments (Windows Server, Linux, UNIX) · Strong experience trouble shooting performance problems · Knowledge of UML or other design methodology ( A MUST) · 4-7 years experience as a software engineer in Java/J2EE development. *Personal Skills:* · Ability to interact well with senior personnel from cross-functional teams and within IT · Ability to cope with fast-paced and constantly changing environments · Excellent organization, *communication* and interpersonal skills.
