Suggest and implement technical solutions that ensures control, manageability and integrity of the environment to maximize service availability to the users. Provide a point of contact for dealing with and resolving complex faults and issues. Qualifications Work Experience: 5 + years of experience with Unix. Experience working on a large multi-disciplinary project. 5 + years of experience with Linux and Network troubleshooting skills Technical Skills Required: Experience with Iplanet , weblogic web servers. Support 24 * 7 front office trading environment. Initiative, decisiveness and self-motivation. Minimum of 3 years in a large Unix environment working in a server with VCS clusters. Experience with being on-call and working a shift-based Rota, and appreciation of weekend working practices and change management.
