Application developer with experience designing, developing, debugging, and
testing applications using Java/J2EE technologies. Knowledge of IBM
Websphere Customer Center (WCC) product and experience developing WCC
customizations.
Complete Description:
Top level technical expert in one or more highly specialized phases of
applications programming. Acts independently under general direction.
Provides technical consulting on complex projects. Devises or modifies
procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity
and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Responsible
for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Has full
technical knowledge of all phases of applications programming.
Behavior Characteristics:
Eight years of experience in programming and systems analysis. Three years
of experience in project management is preferred.
