*Business Analyst – Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence *
*JOB DESCRIPTION*:
- Organize JAD sessions/workshops with users to analyze and define the
detailed business requirements for a data warehouse & business intelligence
project;
- Conduct interview task
- Develop and sign-off the business requirement documents
- Analyze existing reports
- Identify and document metrics, KPI/dashboards, reports, "what-if"
scenarios
- Work with the data analyst to identify sources of data including data
elements for target data mapping;
- Develop business rules including resolution of conflicts over data with
end-users
*QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE*:
- Experience with analysis of data warehouse structures
- Valid applicants will have up to date experience in developing
Scorecard/dashboard, KPI, OLAP and reporting requirements
§ Ability to prepare, organize, conduct user workshop/JAD sessions
- Demonstrate business knowledge of government's s social service
program (i.e. In-home service, welfare-to-work, etc.) is strongly
preferred
- 5+ years experience in business analyst role;
- 3+ years of experience in the data warehousing and/or business
intelligence projects.
