Detail-oriented, organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrates strong knowledge of test planning, testing methodologies, QA analytical techniques, and software testing tools. • Demonstrates in-depth understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, quality assurance concepts, and manual and automated testing techniques. • Proven project management, mentoring/coaching in the use of testing methodologies, and specialized product and technical knowledge including QTP, LoadRunner, SQL, programming languages, and office automation software including MS Office. • Has proven leadership experience and the ability to work with business partners to understand their requirements. .
