Andy,

I'm not a good candidate for being on the radio.  But, I'm sure others from
the USMA list server are.  I posted this message to the USMA, hopefully, you
will get some responses.  I think your best bet is to get Jim Frysinger.  He
lives in Charleston, SC, which is close to Jacksonville, and he is a college
professor, so he has a natural talent for speaking correctly to a group of
people.

Others may be equally good choices.

 It is a very fine idea. I have done some shows in the past dealing
 with metrication, but this would be the first time I would have
