Interesting note - I was on an upstate NY winery tour last weekend (Seneca
Lake - "Deck the Halls" weekend) and noticed the casks in the wineries were
all metric (labeled 225L, 500L, etc). Unfortunately it looked like the
winery record keeping (handwritten labels, etc) were still gallons.
