This trend on the part of US companies to package more and more in rational metric 
sizes cries out (of course) for the much anticipated and long awaited passage of 
legislation to amend the FPLA to *permit* metric-only labelling.

Does anyone out there have contact with or knowledge of who will be sponsoring such an 
amendment in the House and the Senate and when hearings might start on the bill that 
would include this amendment?

This is pretty good for Kellogg's since most of their cereals are not in
rounded metric sizes in the USA.
