The bottler in my area just introduced the 0.5 L bottle and the 16.9 oz is
not prominent on the bottle at all.

Looks like the local Coca-Cola bottler is slowly losing the "16.9 floz"
designation on 500 ml soda. Last fall I noticed the large "16.9 floz" in
#24 Arial Italic Font had disappeared from 500 ml Coke, leaving only the
".5
Liter" designation with the smaller SI/ifp declaration at the bottom.
Now I notice it's happening to Sprite and Caffeine-Free Coke. Old and
new
stock on the shelves, some with both "16.9" and ".5 Liter", and some with
the ".5 Liter" only. Looks like Coke is slowly sliding the floozies out the
door!
