With your proximity to Canada they probably figure there's less of an
excuse, than here in South Central PA.

At any rate it seems like Coke is quite intent on not letting consumers get
entrenched with the "16.9" stuff.  Introduce it that way for a year, but
then quietly phase it out. It may say something about Coke's intent for the
future, i.e. slowly shift all sizes to metric.
