I have just downloaded the Fourth Draft for the 4th Edition
of NIST Handbook 133. Written comments on the Draft are invited by
Tom Coleman (of NIST-OWM) until 2001 Mar 1.

container = package
batch = lot
MAV = maximum allowable variation
