That was a bad assumption on your part and perhaps bad judgement on my
part, Gene. In the future, I shall try to remember not to post anything
until the whole exchange is over or to obscure anything that might
enable others to chime in.
Generally, I feel, "me too" messages are not likely to help sway
others, especially those used to the public's inputs. They are more
likely to be swayed by multiple inputs separated by time and by lack
of cross-reference, however. Those would be seen as independent
opinions and not part of a mail-in campaign.
