My view is that this *is* an application of a *common* SI Unit, m2
by application of the *uncommon* SI prefix "da". This would be 1 Dm3 by
my recommended set of SI prefix symbols (but with the unfortunate loss of
the clever image of "dam" in the mind's eye).
