It is interesting that NASDAQ is making the change reluctantly under an
order from the US government, and after havung been granted a delay when it
claimed it could not make the change before the first deadline. It is 415
years since Simon Stevin proposed the use of decimal fractions instead of
the usual binary vulgar fractions.
