I made a comment, rather than a request, at our local Kaiser facility about
a year ago. The nurse was not only familiar with SI, but also sympathized
with my desire to use the better system.
Incidentally, prior to using Kaiser, I'd heard negative things about them.
However, I've been completely satisfied with their service and competence.
Of course, as a "Senior," I only pay $30/mo on top of my $50/mo Medicare
Parts A and B.
