A couple of threads have been going recently in news groups. One on US metrication is on misc.transport.road, but on uk.d-i-y there is a thread on BTU to kWh conversion. I'm suffering the usual insults from the anti-metric brigade. It would help if people could join in, particularly those with a knowledge of the European aero industry, as the thread has veered into that area.
