A Canadian company, Yeadon Domes, is in discussion with our Health and
Safety people. The company sells air-supported structures and is
resolutely non-metric. (I think their site www.yeadondomes.com uses
metric once as a supplementary measure). 

They have produce a statement ref air flow with the rates being quoted
in cubic feet at 1"W.C. and 1.25"W.C. Assuming the flow rate is nothing
to do with flushing toilets, we can only guess that this some sort of
overpressure measurement
