You are right. Constitution is clear.

But Elwell claims that Constitution prohibits
fixing the metric system as our standard.

And several people here say, "Hm, Well, you know,
maybe Elwell has a valid point."

This troubles me.

And because of this, Johnson quit.

If this group is not sure about the fact that Elwell
is altogether wrong, then what is the point in this
group? Why exist?
