You must not read very well.
Are you saying that you have not seen the many essays
posted here by Elwell in which he explains that it is
unconstitutional for Congress to mandate metric?

Are you saying that you have also failed to see that
others have posted comments about how maybe he is
right?

How can the baseball team get fired up when a member
of the team continues to tell them that it is illegal
to hit the ball? Not only that. But how can we get
much done when various members now indicate that they
think he might be right?

Duncan, why don't you join me in asking Elwell to
check with one his many lawyers on his extremely
unusual theory?

If he can find even one attorney in the U.S. who will
on the record state that the attorney believes Elwell
to be right, then I will agree never again to make a
comment about Elwell's ridiculous theory. There is not
one lawyer in the entire U.S., not even one, who would
tell Elwell that his theory is right.
