The article states that stores are free to display
ifp prices alongside the SI prices.  Is there any
specified timeframe afterwhich this will be no
longer allowed, or will it be up to the stores?

Also, does the SI price have to be more prominent,
or at least as prominent, as the ifp price?

One of the reasons that the metric conversion 
was brought to a crawl in Canada is that many
stores display the ifp price in large letters,
and the SI price is shown in much smaller print.
