Dear Ms. Shaffer,

While reviewing some educational material, I was led to a NIST web page
at
   http://www.nist.gov/public_affairs/gallery/electron.htm
and read a nicely written description of NIST's "electron counter".
Unfortunately there is a typographic error in the page. The page lists
the temperature at which the device operates as being "0.1 Kelvin". You
will surely want to retype that as "0.1 kelvin", with a lower case "k",
especially since NIST is the promulgator of the SI in the United States
and provides us with the rules of usage on the SI.

I know how easily typographic errors can creep in, having made many
myself. If you have any questions, either I or the NIST Metric Program
Office can help you.

regards,
