Dear Paul, Joe, and All,
Ditto for Australia. The introduction of the one dollar and two dollar coins
was immediately followed by withdrawal of the two notes. Subsequent
plasticising of the 'paper' notes has meant that the pressure is now off to
change the five dollar note to a coin.
