To all: I just recently returned home from a trip to the local (Orem, Utah) Target store. As always, I was trying to locate some items, which would give preference to SI. Among some imports, which featured SI only on the package without additional stickers in ifp, I noticed (and immediately pointed it out to Catherine) Oster brand Designer Carousel Rotisserie. This product has a timer, which you are to set based on the mass of the food item being cooked. To the left of the dial, there was a little chart, advising average cook time for various meats and poultry per "kg"!!! Indeed, you did not misread this at all. It stated something like: Chicken - XX min/kg Beef - YY min/kg Etc. No mention of lbs. or ozs.!!! Just to let you know. Cheers, Nikolay
