More than twice WHAT? Certainly 101 is not more than twice 100, which is
what it seems to me to say.

Just as with percentages, words like "half of", "twice", etc. should not be
used without specifying "of what" or establishing the "of what" by prior
context, neither of which was done above. If it is more than twice, I'd like
to know twice WHAT?
