To John I appreciate your love for your language. To Bill and Stephen I appreciate your fluency for German appreciating that both wrote in that language
Now to John, Bill, Stephen and all Every language has a different word for every country. When I was watching World Cup Football in Mexico in 1986, these were the names they showed. Englaterra (England), Espania (spain), Allemanne (Germany), etc. I found it buy seeing the country's flag only. So it will be better, if we use every country's name in their own language. For ex - Deutschland for Germany in German language Nippon for Japan in Japanese language, Espania for Spain in Spanish, etc. Then there wont be any clash.
