2002-01-01

I forgot about those two islands.  But, they are in the same time zone as
the Caribbean Islands that also will use the Euro.  From the map I have, the
Caribbean and the extreme eastern Canada are in the same time zone; Atlantic
Standard Time (AST).  Which is UTC-5 this time of year.
