I didn't forget.  I have an Almanac that lists all the French Overseas
Departments, Territories and Territorial Collectives, of which French Guiana
(including Inini), Guadeloupe Martinique, R�union, French Polynesia, New
Caledonia & Dependencies, Southern & Antarctic lands, Wallis & Futuna
Islands, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Mayotte are a part.

I didn't mention Guadeloupe before because it is a small Caribbean island.
I thought that Euro territory on the South American main land was more
significant.
