Evidently the date format is a function of the receiver's software. I
received my echo copy of USMA 17199 with the date marked as
Date: Fri, 4 Jan 2002 19:24:09 -0500
but my Eudora listed the date and time in the "out" list as
19:24 02-01-04
Note also that Dunc received his copy 14 minutes later than I did. Perhaps
that is a function of the receiver's computer clock setting.
