Jim and Han: The format options under the Page Setup are determined solely by the printer driver you are using and of course by the printer itself.
I use for example a german version of a driver for my HP 880 printer. It was the only way I could get rid of the inches in the paper sizes. So in my case although the software is in english when I pop-up my page setup the sizes in the drop-down list are listed in german and in mm. Therefore, your (Jim) settings may not coincide with Han's even if you are using the same version of Acrobat. The way it works with Acrobat is that the software tells you at the bottom of the page what is the size of your document and you can choose to print it in Page Setup as Jim described on whatever size you want. Han, if you don't have A4 in Page Setup I would check the printer driver and maybe upgrade it. It sounds weird anyway that it is not listed there. Hope it helps, Adrian =========== Jim F. wrote: Han, I am using Acrobat Reader 4.0 (linux build) and under File > Page Setup I have available to me: letter tabloid ledger legal executive A3 A4 A5 B4 B5 other Jim -- _______________________________________________ Sign-up for your own FREE Personalized E-mail at Mail.com http://www.mail.com/?sr=signup 1 cent a minute calls anywhere in the U.S.! http://www.getpennytalk.com/cgi-bin/adforward.cgi?p_key=RG9853KJ&url=http://www.getpennytalk.com
