As far as I can see, options are similar for height indications in the cab: "indication of vehicle height expressed in feet and inches, or in both feet and inches and in metres" http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si1997/97053001.htm However, UK vehicles can travel to metric only zones within the EU. Therefore the motivation to avoid bridge strikes would imply mandatory metric height indication on UK vehicles. Is there a regulation about this that I have missed? I can't believe that the DTLR would have not considered it. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Try FREE Yahoo!
