Can the signs be made in such a way that if an adhesive sticker is placed
over the metric designation with that of FFU, that the FFU will not properly
stick. So that in say a mater of time or when wet, as during a rain storm,
the FFU attachment will fall off.

Also, isn't this type of vandalism illegal? Why aren't these people being
arrested and prosecuted? and if nobody is interested in prosecuting the
vandals, then where are the metric vandals? Why aren't our supporters
ripping down or obliterating the FFU? Remember, it cost them money in
materials to make these changes? Why not make their efforts futile and a
waste of their money?

Remember, this is the last change that Britain must go through to be
considered completely metric. An the enemy is going to fight back hard,
with every joule of energy they can muster. Our side must everything
possible to make their efforts futile.

Well, at least hey can't move the signs from a rational SI position to a
rational FFU position and have to rely on odd FFU numbers.

You beat me to it!

You might like to look at the way these people conspire to do these
things by visiting the bulletin board set up to coordinate their
activities. It's available via the BWMA site www.bwmaonline.com, where
you can find photos of the vandalism being perpetrated, and then
follow the link via the Battle Boards.
