2002-04-07 Maybe he didn't figure on asking those who would want to pay by this method to pay the extra costs. From the comments received from Han and others, they would be more than happy to pay the additional costs. Would it hurt so much to give it a try? If it doesn't work out, then the program could be dropped. Plus it would make it more convenient for foreign nationals interested in being members to pay more easily.
They could even offer the dues in euros for potential European members. What about making the newsletter available electronically? Is that an option?
