She is right! They can't hold out for long. The truth that the BWMA and
UKIP don't want the public to know is that the businesses, which control the
flow of money is using the Euro in secret. They are supporting it in
secret. In the long term, this will have an effect on the value of the
pound sterling, and it won't be the businesses who will lose out. It will
be the little guy who listened to the BWMA and UKIP and held onto pounds.
The euro is starting to climb in value again. It has spent 2 days over 89
US.

There is no fundamental reason why the Canadian dollar is "weak". The
reason it has a decreasing value is that the world economy doesn't want to
deal in it. They look at North America and they see US dollars and work in
that currency, even when dealing with Canada. Canada would be better off it
got rid of the Canadian dollar and used the US dollar (or Euro) instead.
The reason Canada isn't in bad shape yet is because so many of its economic
institutions already use the US dollar in secret. And who is hurt by the
low value Canadian dollar? These businesses? Nope! The Canadian consumer
and tax payer is.

Those Europeans who think that holding on to old currencies is something to
be proud of will find themselves someday holding a bunch of worthless paper
and coins. But, none of the people in control in the countries in the
euro-waiting zone are going to listen to the hold-backs for long. They will
jump ship when the time is right for them. And a lot sooner than we think.

As the world goes more and more global, it will be seen that redundancy
(either in currencies or countries themselves) will be looked at as a debit
and not an asset. Those who are big and have a unified currency will
control those who are small and have a local currency. We are entering a
new age, like it or not!
