We are getting ready to produce more of the metric rulers that QSI gives
away (we have now distributed about 20,000 of them!).
It occurred to me that these can be produced with other company's names
for a minimal art change. So, if you have any interest in having rulers
for your company, institution or yourself to give away, and don't want to
pay for the art and tooling and for 1000's of rulers, here is your chance
to piggyback on our design and order.
Your cost would be about $50 for the art change, and then the cost of the
rulers themselves, which I think cost us about $.45 each. Probably you
would need to buy about 500 to make it worth the effort, for a bit less
than $300 total for art and rulers. It would cost more to change anything
other than the "advertising" panels, i.e., the left and right of the
front below the rule.
This run we are also going to have a Class A cutting tool made so that the
die cutting is straighter and cleaner than in the past. This is a tool
entirely from steel, as opposed to a steel rule embedded in high-density
plywood.
Let me know if you are interested.
