Gene,

Since you already have established contact with them, would it be possible
for you to contact him again and kind of get him to be as specific as
possible about what he wants to do and/or plans to do to promote metrication
in the US.  We need to know if this guy is going to work for us or just be
another yea-sayer and do nothing but watch what little progress there is be
eroded more away.

I want to know if this guy has BALLS and is willing to use them to get some
action going!
