I certainly hope that I was not the only one to have seen this, but on
Sunday, 2002-09-29, ABC Sports' live coverage of the Formula 1 United
States Grand Prix at Indianapolis, IN was mostly in metric with
relatively few instances of 'Olde Englishe' measures mixed in.  The
commentator most often spoke kilometers and 'km/h' (with a few 'MPH'
translations) and ALL of the on-screen graphics were metric only,
including the starting weather conditions.

BTW, I taped it for later viewing both because of my work schedule and
its being on opposite the Packer-Panther game.
