  Yes, I agree with John that as long as the *dual policy* remain progress 
is likely to get defrered on its own and consumer shall continue to suffer; 
and industry getting the edge over consumer in finding ways *HOW NOT TO 
CHANGE* to metric labling.
  The meeting shall provide another forum for how *NOT to agree* etc.
