I did not insert the word 'form'. It is a quote and not my words! I had
hoped that the quote symbols would help. I seem to have difficulty
communicating when I use quote symbols, it has happened before on this
list. I will try another method using square brackets.

I would have worded it differently. In fact the French version (i.e. the
official version) could be interpreted to mean 'latest' or 'current'.
