2002-11-11 It is apparent that this guy has the BALLS to tell off obvious forces trying to push California back into the FFU mode. Too bad the other states don't have similar attributes. Such a letter would not have been written if there wasn't some sort of pressure on the state DOT to revert.
I really hope California is a thorn in the side of all those states who continue to use FFU, and cost those states and their contractors money big time.
