[USMA:23300] metric paper fasteners

I frequently use these two-prong metal fasteners that go into the top of a file folder and hold a stack of paper at the top, so it is easy to flip through (see attached photo). I know accountants use them a lot. They have two metal prongs on 2-3/4" centers, and hold a 2" stack of paper.

Is there any equivalent to this device in the metric world? What are it's dimensions?
