The only difference is that Carlton, just like I do, take the horsepower as
equal to 750 W by rounding up. The power of cars is not that measurement
sensitive that it needs to be converted with the precize factors of 736 W
for the European animal and 745 W for the English speaking animal.

This is all a misunderstanding. Carleton's posting came out on my screen in a font that made 160 look like 100 to my eyes, (html perhaps?).
