Having just viewed the movie K19, I went to the related National Geographic web site: http://www.nationalgeographic.com/K19/ There, to my amazement, I found a number of pages where all the quantities I saw (except numbers of submarines or people) were given in non-SI and then with SI equivalents given parenthetically! Nice start!
