I am writing a paper for an American Society of Engineers publication.
I am including stuff from an old paper by my old Boss (best Boss a man ever had by the way, only problem is he glowed in the dark from being near to much funny material)
What is the SI preferred way to express
quads (equivalment) and numbers like 3 billion bbls
I wish to get this correct because of the audience. I have Cardarelli from the library but I wish to be absolutley correct
