I am not sure what is the aim?
What value for Pi was tried, the Chinese 355/113, which does not fix the value for 'radian'. Did you also try the suggested Pi(π)=100000/31831. This deviates from the best known value by 15.771x10^-6 percent; but fixes Radian=57�.2958 or 57�17'44".88.
