Interesting listening to President Bush speaking to the military in Florida. I wonder if anyone in the audience understood him. He spoke of "miles" to Bagdad when everyone, I'm sure, in that audience will and have used "Kilometers" to Bagdad. I thought one rule of public speaking was to "know your audience and speak their language".
