I think I can state quite categorically that you will find nothing there. The people who are promoting PNAC are neoconservatives bent on worldwide U.S. hegemony, if not outright control, achieved through military might or the threat of it. "Traditional"  conservatives are just as troubled as liberals by it.
 
I think the metric system is one of the farthest things from their tiny, arrogant minds. If we have to face the increased terrorism that would be the inevitable result of the attempted further implementation of their plans, we won't have much time to think about the metric system either.
 
Think metric, of course, but think and talk peace too.

The PNAC site has a search feature to find their publications. I tried ' metric system' but they have nothing about it - yet. I will have a good look at this site for other subjects as well.
