I mentioned earlier that Manufactum sells all-metric thermometers. This is a German company which has recently established a UK mail-order operation. I decided to request a printed catalogue, which arrived today. You may be interested to know that they sell metric kitchen scales. Nothing unusual there, you might think - except that these are 'Made in USA'!
Go to www.manufactum.co.uk, then 'Mechanics'-->'Mechanical scales' (top of secnd column) and look at the Edlund Kitchen Scales.
